Old Louisville Whiskey Co. introduces its 8-Year-Old Madeira Cask Finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Distilled in 2015 with a mash bill of 81% corn, 15% rye, and 4% malted barley, this bourbon matured for eight years in used barrels before a seven-month finish in Madeira casks. Bottled at 114 proof (57% ABV), this non-chill filtered bourbon offers a unique and complex tasting experience.
